Frequently Asked Questions

  • NYC 2027 will take place January 2-5, 2027 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center in Greenville, SC.

  • NYC is for college students who are seeking to grow, develop and discover their relationship with God.

  • Anyone currently in college (generally 18 - 25 year olds) where Campus Outreach is present. If CO is not on your campus but you have a friend who goes to one, you are welcome to join their campus.

  • Your registration cost covers your stay. You will be assigned to a room at Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center with someone from your college campus.

General

  • Registration closes on December 4th at 11:59pm EST.

  • CONYC registration cost is $299.

  • Registration includes lodging, parking, conference materials, and access to all main sessions, breakouts and more.

    Transportation to and from the conference are not included.

  • In order to plan well and provide a worthwhile experience for all attendees the following cancellation policy will apply to all New Year's Conference 2027 registrations. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the NYC 2027 Registration Cancellation Request form that will be linked in your registration confirmation email and on the NYC 2027 website.

    Any cancellation request made prior to October 15, 2026 will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee (any amount paid above $75 will be refunded).

    Any cancellation request made between October 15, 2026 and December 1, 2026 will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee (any amount paid above $125 will be refunded).

    Due to the timing of financial obligations at our conference venue, all registrations after December 1, 2026 are non-refundable except in very extenuating circumstances and upon the sole discretion of Campus Outreach staff.

Registration

  • It's up to you! You may drive in or fly in.

    Ask your campus staff about transportation options and let them know any transportation requests (carpool) as well.

travel

  • Weather-appropriate clothing for 4 days/3 nights, toiletries, snacks, Bible and a pen. Bring money with you for food, city parking, transportation (gas), free time activities and merch at the conference. Pack athletic clothing and shoes for any sports activities if you wish to participate.

  • Staff at your campus are in charge of assigning you to a room with students on your campus. Be sure to fill out the roommate preferences in the registration form.
